ABOUT THIS 3D MODEL
Bo-Katan Kryze is a Mandalorian warrior with a strong belief in the martial history of her people, the leader of the Nite Owls, and a former lieutenant in Death Watch. Confident and commanding, Bo-Katan leads the Mandalorian resistance, determined to save her home planet.
Bo-Katan 3D print model in a diorama by our contributing 3D artist depicts an incredible action scene featuring the powerful Mandalorian leader defeating a trooper. The author of the diorama mentioned that his 3D printing project was inspired by the lieutenant’s appearance in the second season of the highly acclaimed The Mandalorian TV series. The resulting model came out splendid! Soaring Bo-Katan wears her Mandalorian armour, trademark Nite Owl helmet, a jetpack, wields dual WESTAR-35 blaster pistols while swiftly defeating a nameless trooper. Both powerful and elegant, this 3D printing scene will definitely become an attraction on your display shelf!
ADAPTATION FOR 3D PRINTING
Bo-Katan in Diorama 3D printing design is a static assembly model and its moderation and adaptation for different types of 3D printers took Gambody team 30 hours. The anatomy and proportions of both models that comprise the diorama were thoroughly reviewed during the moderation process for the participants of the action scene to be depicted harmoniously in the intended poses.
The model’s cutting was chosen by our team to minimise the generated support and some of the parts were hollowed out for you to save resin in the Eco version. In order to conceal the places where the assembly parts of the model must be connected, the models were cut along the contour of their armour seams.
For you to achieve the cleanest 3D printed result, Bo-Katan’s blaster pistols, Nite Owl helmet, rangefinder, jetpack, various pockets, etc., as well as Trooper’s helmet, pockets and belts, are provided as separate assembly parts.
All assembly parts of the FFF/FDM versions come in STL files in recommended positions that were worked out in order to ensure the smoothness of the details’ surfaces after printing and so that the 3D printing beginners won't face difficulties when placing the parts on a build plate. When downloading any model's file you will also receive "Assembly Manual" for 1.0 FFF/FDM and 1.0 DLP/SLA versions in PDF format.
The 3D print model is saved in STL files, a format supported by most 3D printers. All STL files for 3D printing have been checked in Netfabb and no errors were shown.
The model's scale was calculated from the actual height of Bo-Katan which is 1800 mm. The 3D printing design's chosen scale is 1:8 for the FFF/FDM version and 1:16 for the DLP/SLA/SLS versions.
