ABOUT THIS 3D MODEL
Tyrael, the Archangel of Justice, from Diablo is a defender of the Mortal Realm and mankind. As all angels, Tyrael was born from the Crystal Arch, and as the other members of the Angiris Council, embodied one of the virtues of the great titan Anu. Tyrael aided humanity secretly and was the one responsible for creating the Horadrim to protect Sanctuary from the Prime Evils. In addition to Justice, The Stranger possessed an aspect of Wisdom.
Inspired by the powerful character of the Archangel of Justice, our contributing 3D artist created this outstanding model for 3D printing. The bust features the upper part of the robe of the character, the face of the model is hidden under the cape. The wings of Tyrael are shaped like glowing tentacles, the massive pauldrons protect the shoulders of the mortal angel. Eye-catching and beautifully designed, this project will become a great exhibit in your collection of Diablo models!
ADAPTATION FOR 3D PRINTING
Tyrael Bust 3D printing design is a static assembly model and its moderation and adaptation for different types of 3D printers took the Gambody team 41 hours in total. The impressively detailed model in its assembly version was divided into as many assembly parts as needed to fit even the smallest 3D printers' build plates and for you to receive a huge 3D printed piece after assembly.
The cutting of Tyrael Bust was chosen by our team to minimise the amount of generated support and some of the parts were hollowed out for you to save resin in the Eco version.
All assembly parts in the FFF/FDM 1.0 version are provided in STL files in recommended positions that were worked out in order to ensure the smoothness of the details’ surfaces after printing and that the 3D printing beginners won't face difficulties when placing the parts on a build plate. When downloading any model's file you will also receive "Assembly Manual" for FFF/FDM 1.0 and DLP/SLA 1.0 versions in PDF format. We highly recommend that you get acquainted with the “Assembly Video” and "Assembly Manual" before getting down to Tyrael Bust.
The design is saved in STL files, a format supported by most 3D printers. All STL files for 3D printing have been checked in Netfabb and no errors were shown.
The model's scale was calculated from the height of Tyrael. The 3D printing design's chosen scales are 1:3 for the FFF/FDM version and 1:6 for the DLP/SLA/SLS versions.
