ABOUT THIS 3D MODEL
This is the legendary fight between Hercules and Lernaean Hydra. Legend has it that Hercules headed to hunt the nine-headed hydra. The quest proved to be not an easy one. After having lured the creature from its hiding place, Hercules set off to kill it. But every time he would cop one of its head another two would emerge, making Hercules’ mission tricky and almost impossible. Getting one of his feet wound, the hydra made Hercules’ escape impossible. Seeing that his task is getting out of hands, he called on Iolaus to help him out of the situation. The text on the base is ancient Greek and it says "Hercules and Lernaean Hydra”. This is a kit and will require assembly and painting.
ADAPTATION FOR 3D PRINTING
Hercules vs Hydra 3D printing diorama is a static assembly model and its moderation and adaptation for different types of 3D printers took Gambody team 34 hours in total. The diorama's cutting was chosen by our team to minimize the amount of filament needed for generated support. All the assembly parts come in STL files in recommended positions that were worked out in order to ensure the smoothness of the details' surfaces after printing and to make sure that the 3D printing beginners won't face difficulties when placing the parts on a build plate.
The 3D printing design is saved in STL files, a format supported by most 3D printers. All STL files for 3D printing have been checked in Netfabb and no errors were shown.
The 3D printing design's' chosen scale is 1:10 for the FFF/FDM version.
