ABOUT THIS 3D MODEL

Get ready to scream!

Lobo is a ruthless and brush bounty hunter from the planet Czarnia. Known to be the nuisance of DC Comics, The Last Czarnian is well-liked by comic books fans for his passionate speeches, dark humour, occasional heroism, and, of course, mindless violence. He even claimed to have killed Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny!

Our contributing 3D artist got an idea of Lobo 3D print model from the DC Dark Nights: Death Metal comic book cover by Jerome Opena. The 3D printing Main Man is clearly victorious - while standing on a pile of skulls Lobo looks extremely entertained and almost invincible. The author of the model made sure to equip the anti-hero with his signature large hook on a chain and adorned the character with its trademark rockstar attire. Also, the 3D printed Lobo can be assembled holding either a firearm or a cigar - choose the version you like most!

ADAPTATION FOR 3D PRINTING

Lobo 3D printing design is a static assembly model and its moderation and adaptation for different types of 3D printers took Gambody team 38 hours. The model's anatomy and proportions were thoroughly reviewed during the moderation process for The Last Czarnian to be depicted harmoniously in the intended pose.

The model’s cutting was chosen by our team to minimise the amount of generated support and some of the parts were hollowed out for you to save resin in the Eco version. In order to conceal the places where the assembly parts of the model must be connected, the model was cut along the contour of its outfit seams. For you to achieve the cleanest 3D printed result, the belt buckle, chain, boots, both hands, platform’s decorative elements, etc. are provided as separate assembly parts, while the split hook is extracted from the bounty hunter’s hold.

All assembly parts of the FFF/FDM versions come in STL files in recommended positions that were worked out in order to ensure the smoothness of the details’ surfaces after printing and so that the 3D printing beginners won't face difficulties when placing the parts on a build plate.

The 3D print model is saved in STL files, a format supported by most 3D printers. All STL files for 3D printing have been checked in Netfabb and no errors were shown.

The model's scale was calculated from the height of Lobo which is 1930 mm. The 3D printing design's chosen scale is 1:8 for the FFF/FDM version and 1:16 for the DLP/SLA/SLS versions.
