MWO Zeus Mech 3D model is another BattleMech that joins the wide range of bipedal vehicles from the classic video game.

The Zeus Mech is a long-range shooting machine, capable of engaging the enemy in hit-and-run attacks. It features a fast speed, which makes it capable of keeping up with other Mechs from the same range. It also has a powerful and tough armor and versatile weaponry. Due to its range of weapons, Zeus Mech can engage is fights and defeat its enemy in the blink of an eye.

3D modeler incorporated this and many other surprises in the Zeus Mech 3D model. It features the most accurate components and elements, with incredible outer shell detailing.

The Zeus 3D model is designed and modeled in Autodesk Maya 3D modeling program. It is a high-poly model. Every part of the 3D model is saved in STL file format. This format can be easily handled in any slicing program with ease.

The STL files passed correction in Netfabb and are absolutely error-free.

There are 44 separate parts that make up the entire mech.

Also, after printing and assembly, the Zeus 3D model will stand 300mm tall, 169mm deep, and 192mm wide.

Buy MWO Zeus Mech 3D model STL files by clicking on the Buy button. Provide your PayPal or credit card details.

Check the files you want to print directly from Gambody website and click Print with 3DHubs button to print them with 3DHubs 3D printing service.

On 28.11.2016 the model files have been optimized and made solid. They now are adapted to be 3D printed using any slicing program. 3D model files are already available for purchase and download.

On 26.02.2018 new scale and new version of joints have been added.

Now, the 3D Model of Zeus MWO is available in two scale: 1/60 for Version 2 (FDM/FFF) and 1/100 for Version 3 (DLP/SLA/SLS).

There are 25 parts in Version 2 (FDM/FFF) and 12 parts for Version 3 (DLP/SLA/SLS).

Version 2 (FDM/FFF):
- Is 1:60 scale and after being printed will stand:
330 mm tall, 183 mm wide, 164 mm deep - with antennas;
280 mm tall, 183 mm wide, 164 mm deep - without antennas;
- Made with new joints and locks;
- All movable elements of the Zeus Mech were saved.

Version 3 (DLP/SLA/SLS):
- Is 1:100 scale and will stand:
197 mm tall, 109 mm wide, 98 mm deep - with antennas;
168 mm tall, 109 mm wide, 98 mm deep - without antennas;
- Made with new joints;
- All movable elements of the Zeus Mech were saved;
- Has as few details as possible to keep printing costs down.

With new joints from Version 2 and Version 3 you will get next advantages:
1. Increases frictional force;
2. Possible to up scale or down scale the whole model;
3. Printable from any type of material;
4. Higher strength;
5. Material shrinkage does not affect at strength and friction.

STL files with new scale and new joints are already available for download in “Source files” tab for:
- Version 2 - STL files on FDM/FFF 3D printers;
- Version 3 - STL files on DLP/SLA/SLS 3D printers.

This model was tested in Cura 3.1.0. and printed on an Ultimaker 2 in PLA material.

Note:

One part of Lock (7_Ge_lock_7S_x11) you need to print 11 times;
One part of Connector (3_GE_Connector_A_A_x2) you need to print twice;
One part of Claw (8_B_claw_x6) you need to print 6 times;
One part of Connector (13_GE_Connector_B_D_x3) you need to print 3 times;
One part of Ball Joint 2 (9_Axis_2_B_Joint_x4) you need to print 4 times;
One part of Ball Joint 1 (23_Axis_1_B_Joint_x2) you need to print twice;

- You can print new joints from Version 2 and Version 3 with 20-30% infill.
- With the new joints from Version 2 and Version 3 you can up scale or down scale the whole model.

- Connectors should be printed at 100% infill.

- For all parts of Locks you need to change "Brim" type to "Skirt" in Build Plate Adhesion section.
