ABOUT THE 3D PRINTER

The Anycubic Kobra 2 is a versatile and user-friendly FDM 3D printer designed to bring accessible and high-quality 3D printing to both beginners and experienced enthusiasts. Building upon the success of its predecessor, the Kobra 2 incorporates several upgrades and features that enhance its performance and printing capabilities.

The Kobra 2 comes equipped with a LeviQ 2.0 auto-leveling system, ensuring that the print bed is precisely calibrated for accurate prints every time. ABOUT 3D PRINTING MODELS

Mandalorian and Mandalorian N-1 Starfighter STL files are highly detailed 3D printing projects that were created by our talented contributing 3D artists and thoroughly moderated and adapted for 3D printing by Gambody team. This bundle comprises the FFF/FDM versions of both items that are specifically adapted to be printed on FDM 3D printers such as Anycubic Kobra 2. The models’ adaptations take into account the practical aspects of printing with FFF/FDM technology, the capabilities of the 3D printer and the printing material, and the models’ scales and cutting are chosen to ensure the high-quality results of 3D printing.

3D PRINTING MODELS' SPECIFICATIONS

Mandalorian 3D Printing Figurine: FFF/FDM version:

  • Contains 43 parts;
  • A printed model is 255 mm tall, 209 mm wide, 160 mm deep;
  • Assembly kit includes locks to attach the model's parts securely without glue. Lock 43_ge_lock_7S(x10) needs to be printed ten times;
  • The Mandalorian can be assembled into a diorama with the Speeder Bike;
  • Din Djarin can be displayed alone, with Baby Yoda in the bag, or wearing a jetpack;
  • All parts are divided in such a way that you will print them with the smallest number of support structures.

Mandalorian's N-1 Starfighter 3D Printing Figurine: FFF/FDM version:

  • Contains 60 parts;
  • New Mandalore planet stylised stand;
  • Alternative 2.0 version stand;
  • R5-D4’s head rotates via a special articulated mechanism;
  • Two pilot’s options - the Mandalorian and the Mandalorian holding the Baby Grogu;
  • New highly-detailed engines;
  • New, more authentic cockpit canopy;
  • New instruments in the R5-D4 astromech’s cockpit;
  • Grogu can be displayed in the cockpit with Mandalorian only;
  • LED wiring to light up the engines;
  • Optional control levers for the cockpit without the pilot;

Disclaimer: The following printing settings are a recommendation, not an obligation. The parameters can vary depending on the peculiarities of your 3D printer, the material you use, and especially the particular assembly part you are working with. Each part that any model comprises often needs preliminary review, and you are free to tweak the settings the way you find suitable.

Note:

  • You can scale up the model (downscaling for FFF/FDM 3D printers is not recommended!);
  • All connectors should be printed at 100% Infill.

Cura printing recommendations:

These are averaged settings which were tested in the Cura 5.2.1 slicer. Test models were printed on Anycubic Vyper, Creality Ender 3 Pro with PLA filament.

These basic 3D printing settings recommendations for beginners were tested in Slic3r 1.3.0 software. Test models were printed on Ultimaker 2, Creality Ender 3, Creality Cr-10S pro v2, Anycubic I3 Mega, Anycubic I3 MegaS, Anycubic Vyper with PLA and PetG filaments.
