ABOUT THIS 3D MODEL

Diablo is one of the most famous action role-playing video games and its popularity only grows with time. Diablo is known for its fast-paced gameplay, where players engage in active combat and explore the game's dark world. The game is set in the dark fantasy world of Sanctuary, a place of an endless war between the Burning Hells and High Heavens. The human world of Sanctuary was created by Lilith, the daughter of one of the most powerful Great Evils, Mephisto, and her beloved, Archangel Inarius, as a place for their offspring to live without the intervention of Angels or Demons. But the growing power of the nephalem, the first inhabitants of Sanctuary, led to the conflict between the partners; Lilith was banished into the void and Inarius stayed to rule the Sanctuary having a firm intention to reduce the power of the nephalem at any cost.

The powerful character of the rogue angel inspired our dedicated 3D artist for the creation of this beautiful figurine. Inarius is depicted flying in the air with golden wings behind his back that support the angel. The chosen posture reminds all fans of the episode when the Father rises above the tortured souls when escaping from his prison in Hell. The spear in the right hand serves as a weapon for the archangel and is another symbol of his power. The design of the armour of Inarius is thoroughly chosen: the pauldrons, the belt, and the tassets are decorated with tormented souls' faces, reminding of his thousands of years of being tormented in Hell. Majestic and fully symbolic, Inarius figurine for 3D printing will give your Diablo collection a special charm and exclusivity!

ADAPTATION FOR 3D PRINTING

Inarius for 3D printing is a static assembly model and its moderation and adaptation for different types of 3D printers took the Gambody team 60 hours in total. The figurines' anatomy and proportions were thoroughly reviewed during the moderation process for the angel to be depicted harmoniously in the intended pose.

The figurine’s cutting was chosen by our team to minimise the amount of generated support and some of the parts were hollowed out for you to save resin in the Eco version. In order to conceal the places where the assembly parts of the figurine are connected, Inarius was divided into convenient assembly parts.

All assembly parts in the FFF/FDM 1.0 version are provided in STL files in recommended positions that were worked out in order to ensure the smoothness of the details’ surfaces after printing and that the 3D printing beginners won't face difficulties when placing the parts on a build plate. When downloading any model's file you will also receive "Assembly Manual" for FFF/FDM 1.0 and DLP/SLA 1.0 versions in PDF format. We highly recommend that you get acquainted with the “Assembly Video” and "Assembly Manual" before getting down to Inarius figurine.

The model is saved in STL files, a format supported by most 3D printers. All STL files for 3D printing have been checked in Netfabb and no errors were shown.

The figurine’s scale was calculated from the height of Inarius. The 3D printing figurine’s chosen scales are 1:8 for the FFF/FDM version and 1:16 for the DLP/SLA/SLS versions.
