MWO fans rejoice. You can now add incredible guns to your regular Kodiak 3D model and upgrade the war machine with powerful weaponry.
The MWO Kodiak guns for 3D printing consists of 89 separate parts. You will find shoulder guns, arm guns, and torso guns, all adapted and created specifically for your Kodiak 3D model.
Equip the Mech with the weapons you like and get it in the middle of a real action.
The pack consists of the following weaponry:
- Ultra-Auto Cannon 5, PPCs, Auto Cannon 10, Gause Rifle, Flamer, Missiles, LRM mountable on the Kodiak 3D model’s shoulders - Auto Cannon 5 Mod2, Missiles, LRM – for the torso - PPCs, Flamers, and Auto Cannons for the arms.
You can easily replace the guns, thanks to the specially designed slots. Also, you have a large range of weapons to choose from and equip your regular Kodiak 3D model for various battle missions.
The gun files for the Mech are created in Autodesk Maya modeling program and checked in Netfabb. The files are error-free. The files are downloadable in STL format, adapted for any type of desktop 3D printers. You can easily handle the files in any slicing program. Please see Printing Details tab for printing recommendations for CURA 15.06 and Simplify3D.

On 22.12.2016 the model files have been optimized and made solid. They now are adapted to be 3D printed using any slicing program. 3D model files are already available for purchase and download.

On 20.03.2018 new version of Gun Parts for MWO Kodiak 3D Model have been added.
On 20.03.2018 new scale and new version of joints have been added for Kodiak 3D Printing Model. Now, the MWO Kodiak 3D Model is available in two scale: 1/60 (FDM/FFF) and 1/100 (DLP/SLA/SLS). Updated .STL files for Gun Parts that are prepared for a model with a scale of 1/60 are already available for download in “Source files” tab for Version 2 (FDM/FFF 3D printers).
This model was tested in Cura 3.2.1 and printed on an Ultimaker 2 in PLA material.
