Big Boss 3D model replicates the video game character with the same name. He is the main protagonist of the video game, always tasked with missions of destroying bipedal nuclear weapon-armed mecha. As a former special operations soldier, Big Boss has the required skills to fight the mecha, always acting solo on his missions.

Big Boss video game character’s visual appearance is characterized by always wearing a sneaking suit and a bandana.

The video game character has received positive reviews from the critics and by players.

Big Boss 3D model captures the video game character’s looks. The model is created in Autodesk Maya 3D modeling program and is saved in STL file format. The STL files underwent thorough checking and correction to ensure an accurate 3D printing experience.

The video game’s STL file is optimized to be easily handled in any slicing program, such as CURA 15.06 and Simplify3D. The 3D designer provides printing recommendations (see the Printing Details tab) to help you along the process.

The 3D model consists of 16 separate parts. There are two different versions of the model: with and without the night vision goggles.

Printing time: 18h 53min

Printing material: 9.12m

After having it 3D printed, the model will stand 74mm wide, 160mm tall, and 95mm deep. The Big Boss 3D model is provided with a support base, so you can easily display it on your desk or shelf, and you can use it as a tabletop piece.

Buy Big Boss 3D model STL files by clicking the green Buy button in the top right corner of the 3D model’s photo slider. Proceed to checkout. Provide your PayPal or credit card details and download the file for the video game character. Print it on your home 3D printer.

Or, you can select the files and print them with 3DHubs. Click the Print with 3DHubs button to be redirected to the site where you can choose from hundreds of 3D printing service providers available worldwide.

On 19.12.2016 the model files have been optimized and made solid. They now are adapted to be 3D printed using any slicing program. 3D model files are already available for purchase and download.

UPDATE: On 25 September 2018, the model received 3 new versions with a specific scale/size for each of them. It is now optimized for all types of 3D printers.

Here are the features of the new versions:

FFF/FDM 2.0 version features:
- Contains 18 parts;
- Assembly kit includes locks. One part of  Lock (8_Ge_lock_7S_(x2)) needs to be printed twice;
- Maximum level of detail;
- Contains 2 changeable heads and 2 changeable weapons;
- Made with platform;
- All parts are divided in such a way that you will print them with the smallest number of support structures.

DLP/SLA 1.0 version features:
- Same as FDM but smaller, also made as 8 parts;

SLS 1.0 version features:
- Same as SLA but made as 2 parts in 2 variants to save your material;

Scale: Big Boss actual height is 1920 mm. The model’s chosen scale is 1/8 for the FDM version and 1/16 for the SLS/SLA version.

FFF/FDM version dimensions:
A printed model is 253 mm tall, 117 mm wide, 159 mm deep;

SLA/DLP/SLS version dimensions:
A printed model is 127 mm tall, 59 mm wide, 80 mm deep;
- Has fewer details, to keep printing costs down.

New versions available in the "Source files" tab:
- FFF/FDM 2.0
- DLP/SLA 1.0
- SLS 1.0
