ABOUT THIS 3D MODEL

Experimental star courier, Star Wars Sith Infiltrator is a starship with a recognizable blade-shape hull, spherical cockpit, and a pair of folding wings. Due to its advanced speed characteristics, the personal ship of Darth Maul, also known as the Scimitar, is perfect for missions across the Galaxy and is simply indispensable for the secret missions of the apprentice of Darth Sidious.

Sith Infiltrator for printing is an elaborate sci-fi 3D model that has a unique construction inspired by the building of an iconic Star Wars spaceship: the Scimitar features a massive elongated hull and large articulated wings with a cockpit with engines serving as a crosspoint. The menacing vehicle with its thoughtful design, specific shape, elaborate surfaces, and lighting possibilities is a dream project of every space fantasy admirer and you simply can’t abandon the chance to experience 3D printing spaceship STL of this level of quality!

ADAPTATION FOR 3D PRINTING

Sith Infiltrator 3D printing design is a static assembly model and its moderation and adaptation for different types of 3D printers took the Gambody team 86 hours in total.

For you to receive the cleanest 3D printing result possible, minimize the amount of filament needed for generated support, and make use of the active elements designed by Gambody Engineers, the courier was divided into convenient assembly parts.

All assembly parts in the FFF/FDM 1.0 version are provided in STL files in recommended positions that were worked out in order to ensure the smoothness of the details’ surfaces after printing and that the 3D printing beginners won’t face difficulties when placing the parts on a build plate. When downloading any model’s file you will also receive “Assembly Manual” for 1.0 FFF/FDM and 1.0 DLP/SLA versions in PDF and video formats. We highly recommend that you get acquainted with the “Assembly Video” and “Assembly Manual” before getting down to the Scimitar 3D model.

The design is saved in STL files, a format supported by most 3D printers. All STL files for 3D printing have been checked in Netfabb and no errors were shown.

The 3D model’s scale was calculated from the length of the Sith Infiltrator. The 3D printer design’s chosen scales are 1:68 for the FFF/FDM version, and 1:136 for the DLP/SLA version.
