ABOUT THIS 3D MODEL

Terrifying creatures, the Xenomorphs, featured in the legendary horror franchise Alien, are truly outstanding characters with their incredible skeletal appearance and unpredictable hostile behavior. These killing machines, programmed to annihilate humanity, are driven by their wild instincts and an insatiable thirst for blood. Lurkers are a subspecies of XX121, distinguished by their transparent head shells that reveal skulls and more human-like features, as shown in the movie.

The Xenomorph Lurker 3D printing design, created by our talented 3D artist, deserves the highest praise: the level of detail is simply cosmic, with every part of the body masterfully crafted and the textures meticulously refined. These alien STL files convey the predatory skull with its inner jaw, powerful sharp claws, and a heavy, long tail with a sharp stinger at the tip, emphasizing the hidden danger of this creature. Its strong and agile body makes it a formidable opponent for anyone who encounters it. This Xenomorph Lurker combines top-tier quality and intricate design, making it an essential addition to any sci-fi 3D models collection. Experience the thrill of bringing this iconic creature to life!

ADAPTATION FOR 3D PRINTING

Xenomorph Lurker for 3D printing is a static assembly figurine and its moderation and adaptation for different types of 3D printers took the Gambody team 66 hours in total. The 3D print's anatomy and proportions were thoroughly reviewed during the moderation process for the creature to be depicted harmoniously in the intended pose.

The figurine’s cutting was chosen by our team to minimise the amount of generated support and some of the parts were hollowed out for you to save resin in the Eco version. In order to conceal the places where the assembly parts of the 3D printing design are connected, Lurker was divided into convenient assembly parts.

All assembly parts in the FFF/FDM 1.0 versions are provided in STL files in recommended positions that were worked out in order to ensure the smoothness of the details’ surfaces after printing and that the 3D printing beginners won't face difficulties when placing the parts on a build plate. When downloading any model's file you will also receive "Assembly Manual" for FFF/FDM 1.0 and DLP/SLA 1.0 versions in PDF format. We highly recommend that you get acquainted with the “Assembly Video” and "Assembly Manual" before getting down to Xenomorph Lurker.

The design is saved in STL files, a format supported by most 3D printers. All STL files for 3D printing have been checked in Netfabb and no errors were shown.

The scale of the 3D model was calculated from the height of Lurker. The 3D printing design’s chosen scales are 1:8 for the FFF/FDM version and 1:16 for the DLP/SLA/SLS versions.
