ABOUT THIS 3D MODEL
Yennefer of Vengerberg is a nearly a century old powerful sorceress, the true love of the Witcher Geralt of Rivia and a mother figure to Ciri. Famous for her beauty and magic prowess, Yennefer is exceptionally popular among The Witcher fandom. Finally, the mighty magician with rich locks of curly hair joins the Gambody collection.
The author of the Yennefer 3D print model did an incredible job depicting the power, wisdom and beauty of the sorceress. Yen is captured wearing her default outfit from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt instalment of the franchise and we can guarantee that the level of the costume’s detail will provide for an exciting printing and painting project. 3D printing Yennefer is casting swirls of magic in her hands, ready to unleash the waves of her power. The lady is accompanied by the magic raven that must have just emerged from the crystallized skull.
ADAPTATION FOR 3D PRINTING
Yennefer 3D printing design is a static assembly model and its moderation and adaptation for different types of 3D printers took Gambody team 47 hours. The model's anatomy and proportions were thoroughly reviewed during the moderation process for the sorceress to be depicted harmoniously in the intended pose.
The model’s cutting was chosen by our team to minimise the amount of generated support and some of the parts were hollowed out for you to save resin in the Eco version. In order to conceal the places where the assembly parts of the model must be connected, the model was cut along the contour of Yennefer’s outfit seams. For you to achieve the cleanest 3D printed result, the character’s head, hands, swirls of magic, boots, raven, raven’s head and wings, etc. are provided as separate assembly parts.
All assembly parts of the 1.0 FFF/FDM version come in STL files in recommended positions that were worked out in order to ensure the smoothness of the details’ surfaces after printing and so that the 3D printing beginners won't face difficulties when placing the parts on a build plate.
The 3D print model is saved in STL files, a format supported by most 3D printers. All STL files for 3D printing have been checked in Netfabb and no errors were shown.
The model's scale was calculated from the height of Yennefer which is 1650 mm. The 3D printing design's chosen scale is 1:8 for the FFF/FDM version and 1:16 for the DLP/SLA/SLS versions.
