ABOUT THIS 3D MODEL

"My name's Zatanna Zatara. I'm a spellaholic."

If you are looking for an expert illusionist or a heroine to save you in times of trouble, Zatanna will hear your call! As suggested by the title of Mistress of Magic, Zatanna is considered one of the most powerful magicians in the DC Universe, but her list of awesome skills does not stop at that. Getting out of a straightjacket underwater, fighting dangerous criminals hand-to-hand, and even transforming into a 3D print model - everything is possible for Zanny!

Specifically for Gambody customers, our contributing 3D artist invited Zatanna to showcase her tricks. The heroine is dressed in her spectacular magician attire and carries some useful props with her - the magic wand, a deck of cards, and a top hat always accompany the professional on stage! Are you ready to witness her performance in your 3D printing workshop?

ADAPTATION FOR 3D PRINTING

Zatanna 3D printing design is a static assembly model and its moderation and adaptation for different types of 3D printers took Gambody team 26 hours. The model's anatomy and proportions were thoroughly reviewed during the moderation process for the heroine to be depicted harmoniously in the intended pose.

The model’s cutting was chosen by our team to minimise the amount of generated support and some of the parts were hollowed out for you to save resin in the Eco version. In order to conceal the places where the assembly parts of the model must be connected, the model was cut along the contour of Zatanna's body and clothes. For you to achieve the cleanest 3D printed result, the model's head and hand variations, body, legs, hat, etc. are provided as separate assembly parts.

All assembly parts of the 1.0 FFF/FDM version come in STL files in recommended positions that were worked out in order to ensure the smoothness of the details’ surfaces after printing and so that the 3D printing beginners won't face difficulties when placing the parts on a build plate.

The 3D print model is saved in STL files, a format supported by most 3D printers. All STL files for 3D printing have been checked in Netfabb and no errors were shown.

The model's scale was calculated from the height of Zatanna which is 1700 mm. The 3D printing design's chosen scale is 1:8 for the FFF/FDM version and 1:16 for the DLP/SLA/SLS versions.
